Tartine Manufactory
Concept and interior design for the bakery’s first manufactory restaurant and bar concept located in Heath’s factory building in San Francisco’s Dogpatch neighborhood. The design concept came from Tartine’s famous bread: of the highest quality and honestly handcrafted in California. Free of conventional ‘decor’, the simplicity and high level of detail in the space reflect a new type of luxury, inspired by references that include Alpine lodges, Danish cafes, Stickley furniture and Japanese teahouses.
