Opening Ceremony

Retail concept for Opening Ceremony’s first Japanese store in Shibuya. The brand took over a seven story ex-Seibu department store and we filled it with a cornucopia of store fixtures inspired by a mix of references that included African safaris, American National Parks, Memphis design, rooftop aviaries, diamonds and the work of Gordon Matta Clark.
