Architect Designer
Our Architect Designers are integral members of the residential and commercial design team. They are responsible for planning, executing, evaluating projects, building, mentoring, and managing project teams. They must have a discerning eye, be self-motivated, collaborative, and work closely on all aspects of a variety of design projects.

Job Responsibilities:
–Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
–Responsible for interpreting creative direction; oversee project assigned Interior Designer(s), Architect(s), Graphic Designer(s), and Studio Member(s) in the execution of design intent
–Offer creative options to the project's Creative Director(s)
–The ability to manage and develop medium to large commercial projects through Concept, Design Development, Construction Documents, Construction Administration, and Installation.
–Anticipate lead times and negotiate economic solutions
–Keep projects in scope, on schedule and on budget
–Maintain responsive, timely and amiable relations with the client and all third-party specialists
–Ability to translate sketches and/or verbal discussions into proper design documents
–Produce and oversee architectural renderings, floor plans, elevations, and details
–Source architectural materials, finishes and vendors
–Extensive knowledge of Building, Zoning, Health, and ADA codes
–Permit coordination with the appropriate local agencies and third-party consultants
–Review and approve shop drawings
–Oversee the management of all vendors and subcontractors, review shop and millwork drawings, ensure creative engineering is cost efficient and timely, and deliver superior fabrication reflecting functionality and detailing
Skills & Experience:
–Minimum 5 years' experience in residential, commercial and hospitality projects is necessary
–Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
–Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Vray, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Suite additional Revit experience is a plus
–Must be a US resident and located in Los Angeles
–Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
–Must be extremely well organized and resourceful
Salary Range:
–$80k – $95k based on experience
